AGREEMENT RULES
Kindly download the Credit Card Approval Form, fill out all credit card and personal information
and fax back to 973.744.0520 or stop by our restaurant and purchase your ticktet(s) in person.
You will be notified that your payment has been received, by a confirmation letter that
will be faxed or emailed to you.
If you would like to purchase a "Gift Certificate" kindly specify if you will be picking it up
at the Cafe or if you would like us to mail it to a particular address.
Our cancellation policies are as follow:-

Our event(s) are scheduled to take place regardless of weather conditions, unless a national alert has been
announced. Please call 973.744.7770 for more information or to hear if we have cancelled the date.

Cancelled events will result in you receiving a gift certificate to be used on our regular daily business
hours.

We will not refund any gift cetificate balances in cash. Your balance will be deducted from
the face value of your gift certificate.

Gift Certificates are only VALID for one year from the date of purchase.
